Deal With It by Cult Nails might not be everyone's cup of tea. It's bold, bright, and NEON GREEN!

Honestly though, I fell hard for this polish because of the amazing formula and beautiful gold shimmer laced throughout. It's the perfect I-Want-Spring-Weather-So-Badly-Maybe-If-I-Paint-My-Nails-Bright-Enough-The-Snow-Will-Melt color.

As with any Cult Nails polish, perfect formula, great color, and long, long, long wearing with barely any tip wear.

KBShimmer Shade Shifter

WARNING: This post will contain a lot of me gushing and oooohing and ahhhing about how much I LOVE THIS POLISH!!!

KBShimmer Shade Shifter. The perfect name for this phenomenal polish. I had never tried a KBShimmer until this one and I now feel the urge to drop a wad of cash on a whole bunch of their polishes. I cannot tell you how many compliments I got on this polish from total strangers!

We tried to capture the very many shifts in this polish and succeed in many ways but you truly need to experience this polish in person to see what I mean when I say I'm in L-O-V-E. Multichrome love.

KBShimmer Shade Shifter is a close-ish dupe for Enchanted Polish Across the Universe. Or, at least I think so. If you can't get a hold of an elusive EP, KBShimmer Multichromes are - formula wise - even better than Enchanted Polish. Just sayin'. I wore 3 coats which dried quickly and applied effortlessly. No bubbling or brush-strokeyness. Perfection! I did finish up with Seche Vite.

Shleee Polish Holo Pastel Pink Circles

Throwing back to our very first post ever (link here), I'm wearing Lime Crime Milky Ways with a Shleee Polish Sample over top. The glitter reminds me of rose champagne - bubbly, light, and fun!

There's something about the way the circle glitters catch the light that makes me smile. This is such a unique polish and I'm glad I got it in my sample bag!

The glitters are pink but almost pastel yet holographic. Pretty amazing!

Shleee Polish And You and I + OPI Keeping Suzi at Bay

Another magical blue polish from our collection! Oh my gosh this is so incredible and the photos hardly do it justice. This is Shleee Polish And You and I from the YES Collection. It was a very limited polish and I was lucky enough to grab a bottle.

Because this polish is so awesome, I wanted to conserve it by laying it over OPI Keeping Suzi At Bay... HOWEVER! Layering this polish detracts from the magic that it makes on its own which would be about 2-3 coats. It's blue - it's iridescent - it's sparkly. It's magically delicious!

HARE Polish Atolla + Happy Hands Polish Metal Heart

HARE Polish Atolla

MORE PINK! Well, these polishes lean more on the magenta side of the pink spectrum. Here are HARE  Polish Atolla and Happy Hands Nail Polish Metal Heart both layered over 2 coats of OPI Houston We Have A Purple.

HARE Polish AtollaHARE Polish Atolla

I wore Happy Hands Metal Heart on it's own once before (check it out here). While I love this polish, it chips so easily which is very disappointing. It's still pretty sweet though.

HARE Polish Atolla

And Atolla, beautiful Atolla. The iridescence in this polish is breathtaking - I simply love it. The blue iridescent glitter really pops with the pinky/magenta base. Such a stunning combination.

HARE Polish Atolla  HARE Polish Atolla

Riley and I went hardcore and made a super amazing dinner and a pie the day I wore this mani and it got completely wrecked so it was a one-dayer. It was fun while it lasted but onto the next...

China Glaze Prey Tell

Deliciously vampy. That's what this nail polish is. It's incredibly sexy and shiny... probably one of my favorite nail polishes ever.

China Glaze Prey Tell is truly an amazing polish. These pictures show it without top coat! It's that shiny and glossy on its own! Seriously, if you like vampy colors, you need this in your collection.

I love how it's more red around the edges/cuticules, it kind of looks bloody which is both creepy and pretty at the same time (in my humble opinion). Perfection in a bottle!

See what I mean? I just love this nail polish!

Color Club Over the Moon + Tarina Tarantino Desert Skull Bracelet

Blue! Aside from pinks, I love blue polishes. Color Club Over the Moon is an amazing budget friendly holographic (blue) polish. It also happens to match perfectly with my Tarina Tarantino Desert Skull Bracelet (which I love to death).

In the sunshine this polish is so intensely holographic, you can hardly believe it.

The other great thing about this polish is that it still looks beautiful even in the shade/not in direct light. I am hoping this polish will bring back the blue skies :)

Shleee Polish Sample (Mystery Sample Grab Bag)

Yet another  Mystery Sample polish from Shleee Polish! Take a look...

This is a gorgeous rose gold with gold flecks mixed in also. It applied well, only requiring 2 coats for full opacity. When my grandmother saw it, she requested I paint her nails with it as well. We both loved it on our nails --- so elegant and delicate.

St. Patrick's Day Nails with Lynderella, Darling Diva Polish, and China Glaze

Happy St.Patrick's Day! Top of the mornin' to ya!

I don't think I've ever done festive nails for St. Patty's Day and I don't understand why. It's the perfect excuse for super sparkly green and gold nails. I've used Leprechaun's Gold by Darling Diva Polish with Lynderella Salad Days on top. I used China Glaze Ultamate Holiday for the gold accent (hey! it's not specific about the holiday ;) )

I really liked the green star on my gold nail; however, I got in the shower after painting my nails and although I applied top coat and waited a while before showering, the star came clean off. Applying charms and things to your nails can be a bit of a precarious task.

St. Patrick's Day reminds me of this one time we went to Mexico with the family around March 17th when we were young. The Disney Channel had the Luck of the Irish movie on heavy rotation while we were there and any time we weren't out and about doing things we were watching that movie. We watched it at least ten times. Haha so St. Patty's Day always reminds me of Mexico and that darn movie.

I hope everyone has a joyful St. Patrick's Day and...
try to stay out of the paddy wagon, won't you?!

Illamasqua Freckle + INM Northern Lights

I really love Freckle from Illamasqua. It's from their Spring 2013 collection The base colour which is kind of a beige brown is really interesting. It's definitely a unique polish! The black glitters, which are matte, really add to the effect. This polish captures the appearance of a bird's egg really well. What kind of bird? well I don't know, haha. I think this polish is pretty appropriate for spring that is soon approaching, right???

For a little extra pizzazz I added INM Northern Lights which is a top coat that has holographic glitter in it. I think Freckle looks great on its own too but when you have the opportunity to add a li'l sparkle why not take it? And Northern Lights isn't overpowering at all it so it doesn't distract from Freckle itself.

What I really love about this polish is that it has glitters in it but it doesn't look or feel chunky. Also it's pretty opaque after one coat but I find two adds more depth to the colour.

I have applied two coats of Freckle with one coat of Northern Lights top coat.
