My Indie Polish Fall 2020 Trio Swatches & Review

Provided for review

Fall! It's here. Who loves it? I sure do! I feel like this is the first year in a long time that we are actually getting that classic fall weather in Toronto. The kind where the sun is shining but the air is just cool enough that you want to wear a sweater and boots (Dr. Martens always for me). I wish this season was a lot longer than it is so I try to soak it all up while I can.

My Indie Polish is honouring this beautiful season with a trio of polishes including Halloween 2020, Half Past Fall and New Rain Boots. It will be available October 7th and you can purchase the polishes individually or as a set for $35 USD in the My Indie Polish shop.

My Indie Polish Half Past Fall ($12 USD | 15 mL | 3 coats) is a sheer thermal that transitions from a light orange in its cold state to straw yellow when warm. It features a touch of holo and tiny orange glitters.

My Indie Polish Halloween 2020 ($13 USD | 15 mL | 2 coats) is a dark brown (cold) to golden khaki that almost comes off a little bit olive (warm) thermal with loads of orange shimmer and what appear to me as gold flakes. This is a totally unique polish that has a very antiqued feeling. It's very seasonally appropriate and completely unique in my collection. I found this applied easily and smoothly. I achieved opacity in two coats but I would recommend three for anyone with longer nails or a more prominent free edge.

My Indie Polish New Rain Boots ($12 USD | 15 mL | 2 coats) is a tri-thermal that transitions from dark purple (cold) to medium Sapphire blue (warm) and bright azure blue (hot) with a matte finish. Holy moly! I have never seen a polish like this before. That's ONE polish on my nails with all of those colours. And a thermal with a matte finish... totally mind blowing!
